Used to be a cross and stature of the Virgin there too. 29th September 1934 Airspeed Envoy coming into Croydon. Lost at Tiverton Bottom. 4 people killed. Not known who put the memorial up.

Willows and a bridge. Wooden screen at the bridge and Darent goes over a weir and the millstream separate. Island created had a paper mill on it. Can walk on from here to Eynsford
Shoreham Paper Mill. Hand made ledger paper by the Wilmot family. Water from the Darent. Closed in First World War for lack of raw materials and re-opened in 1920. Closed 1925.
