Lock Keeper’s Cottage a particularly lovely example dating from 1780

Studgrove

St.Mary’s Church. 13th windows. Gallery, screen monuments the battlemented tower, which is the part most visible to us, is in fifteenth- century Perpendicular style

Send Grove House. Late 18th. Rusticated entrance arches.

Send Court Farm. 17th timber framed building.  Warm red brick filling

Sendholme. Restrained and competently done,

Wareham’s Farm

Flowing Ditch. The ditch was a scheme of Sir Richard Weston in Sutton Park in 1618  It was an artificial channel from Stoke Mills at Guildford to Wareham’s Farm via the park and Jacobswell.  Water from the ditch was used to irrigate meadows.
